Originally from America, Lydia has been living in Asia for the past 13 years. She holds an undergraduate degree in Social Work, an MA in International Development, and has previously worked for NGOs in Moscow and London, addressing issues related to forced migration and human trafficking. In 2019, Lydia joined International Justice Mission and was instrumental in the establishment of IJM’s presence in Singapore. After leaving IJM in 2024, she co-founded a non-profit called Unheard, whose mission is to use compelling, long-form storytelling to elevate stories of triumph over violence, exploitation and injustice. Lydia resides in Singapore with her husband and two children.

Keemin Ngiam is a seasoned operator and legal strategist, currently serving as a Vice-President and Founding Advisor at k-ID where he leads finance, operations, and partnerships. A veteran cross-cultural navigator, his career is distinguished by driving global expansion and navigating complex technology and media landscapes.

Before k-ID, Keemin was Head of Legal at NetEase Games, where he oversaw global investments and international publishing for one of the world’s largest gaming companies. He was also a founding member of the APAC leadership team at Netflix, a pivotal role in spearheading the company’s rapid growth and regional expansion.

Keemin began his career in private practice with Latham & Watkins in Los Angeles and Singapore, advising clients on corporate, commercial, and transactional matters across the technology, media and startup landscapes. He attended the UCLA School of Law, where he spent a semester interning with International Justice Mission in Washington DC. Prior to that he graduated from Drew University.

An active contributor to the tech ecosystem, Keemin is an angel investor through the XA Network, Southeast Asia’s leading tech angel network. He also previously served as a director for nonprofit organizations such as Family Promise of San Gabriel Valley and Inspire Church Singapore.

Keemin was raised in Singapore and the United States, and now resides in Singapore with his wife and three children.

Serving as IJM Executive Director for Singapore and Southeast Asia, Rae has over two decades of experience at the intersection of social services, philanthropy, business development and communications.

Prior to joining IJM, Rae served at the National Council of Social Service in Singapore. With her experience in the social service sector spanning fundraising, service development, grant management and strategic planning, Rae brings heart and purpose in catalysing value-adding partnerships for meaningful social impact.

She is passionate about people, building solutions that uplift vulnerable communities, and enabling high-impact and trusted collaboration in fostering justice, love for people and wellness.

Aimee brings to her engagements with philanthropists a wealth of operations and organisational strategy experience from her leadership with humanitarian organisations across Asia. She served with IJM’s Thailand office from 2010 to 2012, witnessing IJM’s impactful work over the years. She was based in Afghanistan between 2017 and 2024, most recently as Country Director with a humanitarian INGO. Her experience in working on justice-focused causes in the US, South Africa, Palestine, and along the Thai-Burma border led her to pursue her M.A. in International Peace Studies at the University of Notre Dame’s Kroc Institute. She also earned a Certificate in Philanthropy and Social Impact from the Wealth Management Institute.

Aimee works on fostering partnerships with foundations, family offices, and individuals keen on solving one of Asia’s most pressing issues.

Lynn is a dedicated partnerships and philanthropy professional with deep experience in strategic fundraising, corporate engagement, and donor stewardship. She is passionate about mobilising resources and building meaningful collaborations that create sustainable social impact.

As Senior Lead for Strategic Partnerships at International Justice Mission, Lynn leads efforts to engage corporates, foundations, and schools in advancing justice for the most vulnerable.

Prior to this, she spearheaded corporate partnerships and sustainable giving initiatives at Community Chest under the National Council of Social Service.

With close to 6 years of experience across the social and nonprofit sectors, Lynn is dedicated to shaping innovative, purpose-driven partnerships that strengthen communities and inspire collective action for good.

Mike has worked in IT, music, real estate, water treatment, and nonprofit organizations for more than 20 years as a finance specialist. Over the years, he has managed a number of financial areas, including administration, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting. During his time at the nonprofit CropLife Asia, a trade federation that represents pesticide firms in the Asia Pacific region, he oversaw the varied financial needs for the organization’s stewardship, biotechnology, and communication operations to run smoothly.

His passion for biblical theology has inspired him to pursue a Master of Arts in Theology, where he will gain insight to apply seemingly religious theology in ways that are applicable to everyone, regardless of religion. In his profession, he is committed to empowering people by providing them with the resources required for advancement.
